    Shipping Policy:

    We strive to provide our customers with a fast and reliable shipping service. Here is our shipping policy:

    Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of being placed on our website. However, during peak seasons or sales, processing time may take longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email.

    Shipping Time:
    After processing, orders are shipped out via standard shipping which typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

    Weekend Shipping:
    Our shipping department does not operate on weekends, so orders placed on Friday after the processing cut-off time (usually 12pm EST) will be processed on the following business day.

    Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

    Shipping Restrictions:
    We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Refund Policy: 

    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged in the original packaging, with all the cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. Returned items must be free of physical damage.

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@segotep.us If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Segotep will refund you the amount spent on the returned items, including sales tax. Unless there has been an error that is Segotep 'sresponsibility, the returned shipping fees will not be refunded.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Non-returnable items

    Segotep Store Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
